The 2nd Southeast Asian Conference on Alternatives (2019), with the theme Building Peoples Movements in Southeast Asia Towards an Alternative Model of Regionalism, gathered grassroots organizations, advocates, and scholar-activists to share alternative development practices, learn from one anothers experiences, expand networks, and reinforce solidarity based on common histories, issues, and experiences.
