The CL-RDP Midterm Update is still geared towards the country’s Long-Term Vision for 2040 of a “Matatag, Maginhawa at Panatag na Buhay.” A translation of the Philippine Development Plan Midterm Update, it is the regional blueprint that will guide development partners in pursuing the development agenda of the current administration, to achieve the goal of having inclusive growth, a high trust society, and a competitive knowledge economy by 2022. Priority strategies, policies, programs and projects, and outcomes are contained in the CL-RDP Midterm Update and its accompanying documents: the Results Matrices (RM) and the Central Luzon Investment Program (CLIP).
