The Central Luzon Regional Development Report (CL-RDR) was formulated to provide an assessment of the performance of the economy and strategic policy direction to guide the implementation of the Regional Development Plan. The report presents the accomplishments in terms of outputs and outcomes and recommend policy directions moving forward. The CL-RDR is also utilized in the budgeting process through the identification and development of responsive agency programs and projects.
