A partner document of the Regional Development Plan (RDP), the Central Luzon Regional Development Investment Program (referred to in the region as CLIP for Central Luzon Investment Program) was formulated following the RDP’s completion. The CLIP complements the RDP by translating the policies and strategies identified in the Plan into concrete programs and projects, which in turn form the basis in the formulation of the government budget.
