The BP2 program adopts a multidimensional framework for sustainable countryside development and resilient communities. It involves the participation of the government agencies, LGUs and the private sector in identifying and implementing programs and projects that are responsive to the needs of the target beneficiaries and those that will enable growth in the provinces. The four key result areas (KRAs) of the program are as follows: i) Empowerment of local industries, ii) Food security and agricultural productivity, iii) Housing, social welfare, health, employment and human resource development, and iv) Infrastructure development.
