The Caraga Regional Development Investment Program contains the priority programs, activities and projects (PAPs) of the region as identified by the regional line agencies, local government units, the academe, the private and the basic sectors through series of consultations and dialogues.
The RDIP comprises not only the continuing/on-going PAPs, but also those which are pipelined for implementation within the
plan period and/or those which have gained commitment from funding institutions. The RDIP also states the level of private and public
investments needed to implement the PAPs as it spells out the proponent/s and funding institution/s per program/project.
