Given the converging interests they share and their steady bilateral relations, the Philippines and Vietnam are now engaging in high-level dialogues with the overarching goal to improve the living conditions of their populace as well as advocate security and stability in the region. Both states must collaborate on the planning and implementation of the proposed strategic partnership.
