This Regional Recovery Program provides strategic interventions for the CALABARZON region to mitigate the losses from the COVID-19 pandemic and Enhanced Community Quarantine, and adapt to the new normal. It contains the list of key programs and projects needed to limit the transmission of COVID-19, provide health care to those affected, increase resilience of the communities, and steer the economy to recovery.
