The Bicol Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2017 – 2022 serves as the region's guide in formulating policies and implementing development programs and projects for the next six years. It sets the direction we need to traverse and the outputs we want to achieve toward laying down a foundation for more inclusive growth, a high-trust and resilient society, and a globally competitive knowledge economy. It is the first of the four medium-term plans anchored on the long term vision - the AmBisyon Natin 2040 adopted by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte as a guide for development planning.
