The Annual Investment Program (AIP) is the annual slice of the Central Luzon Medium-Term Investment Program (CLIP) which contains the rolling list of priority programs and projects (PAPs) to be implemented by regional line agencies, government-owned and controlled corporations, state universities and colleges, special development agencies, and local government units and that are intended to contribute to the attainment of the development goals and strategies articulated in the Regional Development Plan.
