Productivity Challenge Program (PCP)

The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), the implementing arm of the Asian Productivity Organization’s Center of Excellence on Public Sector Productivity, is pleased to invite everyone to join the Productivity Challenge Program (PCP). Launched on February 28, this multi-year program supports the current administration's strategy for advancing the productivity movement in the public sector.

Through a series of interventions, the PCP shall raise awareness of participating government agencies on productivity concepts, tools, and strategies; provide opportunities to reimagine the design and delivery of public services driven by changing public expectations to meet their needs more efficiently and effectively; and eventually introduce innovations in government systems and processes influencing productivity improvement in public sector organizations.

To learn more about this program,  please watch the video. For further information, please visit our website: productivitychallenge.dap.edu.ph

The video explains the productivity challenge program and the mechanics and guidelines for joining the first challenge, the 2023 Productivity Spark: 1,000 Ideas for Productivity.
