SEARCA PROC 1997 1: Agro-Industrial Development Regional Workshop

The Agro-Industrial Development Regional Workshop was conducted to organize efforts on updating the region with recent agro - industrial developments in Southeast Asia and serve as a venue to form an agenda to further promote regional agro-industrial development and accelerate growth. Resource persons from countries in the subregion were commissioned to prepare country papers, which became the bases of the discussions in the workshop. Moreover, they provided added perspective in the same manner that key people from other related fields presented several concepts and issues and a planning framework.
