BOC 2007-01: Proposed National Strategy for Philippine Compliance to the International Convention on the Simplification and Harmonization of Customs Procedures, otherwise known as the Revised Kyoto Convention (“RKC”)

The study reports on the gap analysis between the country’s national legislation and the Revised Kyoto Convention (RKC). It discusses a national strategy for RKC compliance with a proposed schedule of acceptance and implementation of the RKC provisions.
