This article focuses on the Private Investment and Trade Opportunities Philippines (PITO-P) project. It discusses the three financial facilities which could possibly be used in future export transactions. The article futher discusses the current situation of export finance in the country and the recommendation of the the project study team to address problems of access to credit.
