With the ultimate objective of guiding the short, medium, and long-term physical and socio-economic development of the municipality of Tayabas in Quezon, the Comprehensive Development and Land Use Plan prepared for the municipality is presented in three (3) parts: Proposed General Land Use Plan (with prior discussion on spatial strategies for development); Sectoral Priorities, Action Plans and Programs; and the Administrative and Financial Aspects. For its methodology, the Planning Team underwent the planning phases: Survey and Data Gathering; Physical and Socio-Economic Profiling; Development Visioning and Framework Formulation; and, Plan Selection and Development. Plan implementation is discussed in the section on Administrative and Financial Aspects, noting the legal and financial tools therefore.
