The paper is a report on the redevelopment plan of the Cebu North Reclamation Area prepared by the Bancom Realty Corporation (BRC). It also presents the related studies on the economic, marketing and financial aspects of the Redevelopment Project which is called the Cebu North Reclamation and Port Redevelopment Project.
