The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) partnered with the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB), provincial and municipal local government units (LGUs), Mindoro State University (MinSU, formerly Mindoro State College of Agriculture and Technology, MinSCAT), and Tokyo NODAI to address the technical and market-related gaps along the calamansi value chain in Oriental Mindoro through technology utilization, commercialization, and marketing.
