Planning and the Water Cycle: Open Seas to Urban Pipelines

Late 1976 brings us all in view of yet another milestone in the progress of the Institute. Very shortly now, the first two-year cycle of the new graduate course will be completed and the Institute will bring into the professional world its first batch of graduates under the new program: Master in Urban and Regional Planning. At the same time we can detect a slight note of inconsistency. The Institute still retains the name of "Institute of Environmetnal Planning"; a name apparently selected for its compatibility with the degree originally granted--Master of Environmental Planning.
