Plan Implementation: A Case Study of Angeles City


The paper is a study on the nature of projects and programs undertaken after the Angeles City plan was officially adopted, the preparation of the annual budget, the planner’s roles in the implementation of projects, and the innovations introduced especially in the management and control of the city’s physical development. In the process, sources of influence in the allocation of resources are identified and the utilization of the budget as a tool for implementation of plans is discussed.
