The National Broadband Network (NBN) Project has been approved under allegedly questionable circumstances but even if the contract is above board, the project must be opposed in principle, simply because it is bad policy. Concern about the project relates to two points: the first goes to the substance of the project; the second points to certain failures in the process by which it was arrived at.
