While there are serious doubts as to the positive prospects of FDI flows into the country due to the regional crises there are windows of opportunities forthcoming with an enhanced global environment for investments through multilateral and bilateral arrangements that the country is pursuing. The question is whether these directions can meld with appropriate policy adjustments.
