The study will look into the country's macro and financial policies from 1985 up to the present, as well as the prevailing agricultural conditions and policies, and special credit programs available to the rural sector. The findings will be assessed in terms of agricultural and rural loan trends, rural savings and other indicators that will determine the effect of these macro and financial policies on rural finance.
