Financing the Social Sectors: Increase to Come from Budget Restructure

This article focuses on the possible restructuring of the budget to favor the social sectors by financing intersectorally from nonsocial to social sectors. It also looks at the possibilities of realigning funds within the social sectors to support human development priorities.
