This course guide is intended to facilitate the replication of the DMRD Training Course conducted by SEARCA in the SEAMEO region or beyond by DMRD training alumni and by any interested rural development trainer, practitioner, and planner.
The guide is adapted to village-level development approach. Appropriate revisions have to be made for larger and more integrated development requirements.
