Corporate rehabilitation is defined nowhere. It is a remedy provided in PD 902-A, but the procedure on how to avail of it, or the relief it provides is not spelled out in the law either. Before the promulgation of PD 902-A, corporate rehabilitation was unheard of. This paper discusses the experiences of Philippine corporations during those times and the lessons that can be derived from it.
