The Regional Project Monitoring and Evaluation System (RPMES) Accomplishment Report provides the 2nd Quarter 2019 updates for the 40 priority projects in Region 3 that are being monitored by the Central Luzon Regional Project Monitoring Committee (RPMC), with a total cost of PHP 136.36 billion.
