The Caraga Regional Development Investment Program (RDIP) 2017-2022 Midterm Update is the accompanying and operational document of the Caraga Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2017-2022 Midterm Update, which contains the rolling list of priority programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) to be implemented by the Region for 2020-2022.
Specifically, the PPAs listed in the RDIP are responsive to the overall development goals, objectives, targets, and strategies of the Region in the medium term. It serves as a guide in the programming and budgeting of regional priority PPAs and the monitoring and evaluation of the annual progress of the implementation of the RDP.
Moreover, the Caraga RDIP 2017-2022 Midterm Update has two subsets, namely: 1.) investment programs for geographically isolated, disadvantaged, and conflict-affected areas (GIDCAs), and fiscal year (FY) 2021 annual investment program (AIP).
