The BP2 Regional Action Plan contains an assessment of the region’s economic, social services, and infrastructure situation in relation to the anticipated influx of individuals from the metropolis. The BP2 Regional Action Plan also contains the Investment Program that includes programs, projects, and activities geared toward the attainment of the goals of the BP2 as stipulated in EO 114. The BP2 Regional Action Plan was made in tandem with the enhancement of the Regional Development Plan in the light of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID)-19 pandemic particularly in the chapters on social, economic, and infrastructure development. This was done to ensure policy and program coordination, synergy, and convergence.
