This paper examines the results of the COVID-19 measures of the government as mandated under the Bayanihan Act (RA 11469). It identifies the key factors affecting the results of the law’s implementation, and provides key recommendations that the government may use as inputs for improving the design and implementation of its COVID-19 measures.
