The Regional Development Report (RDR) is prepared annually to provide an assessment of the performance of the region vis-à-vis the plan targets for a given year as contained in the Results Matrix (RM) of the Ilocos Regional Development Plan (RDP). The programs, projects and activities (PPAs) are adjusted to ensure the attainment of the strategic and policy goals of the RDP 2017-2022 towards the realization of the region’s vision. The RDR 2021 determines the region's accomplishments in CY 2021 compared to the plan targets contained in the Enhanced RDP 2017-2022 Mid-term Update.
