The Regional Development Report (RDR) is prepared annually to provide an assessment of the performance of the region vis-à-vis the plan targets for a given year as contained in the Results Matrix (RM) of the Ilocos Regional Development Plan (RDP). The programs, projects and activities (PPAs) are adjusted to ensure the attainment of the strategic and policy goals of the RDP 2017-2022 towards the realization of the region’s vision. The RDR 2020 determines the accomplishments of the region in CY 2020 compared to the plan targets contained in the Enhanced RDP 2017-2022 Mid-term Update.
