The De La Salle University-Social Development Research Center will conduct an online webinar titled "The Art and Science of Journal Article Writing" on July 29, 2022, from 10:00 am to 12:00 nn via Zoom.
In this webinar, Dr. Hazel Biana will discuss her experiences in doing research and writing and publishing for international book anthologies and Scopus-indexed journals. She will be sharing some valuable tips and trade secrets on individual and collaborative writing, overcoming rejection, revising, editing, failing, persevering, and eventually publishing in the humanities and other related fields.
Dr. Jayson Petras will focus on the nuts and bolts o journal publications from an editor's perspective. He will present a systematic approach to the journal article writing process with guidelines on developing a good article for publication. H will also share his experiences, particularly how rejection or acceptance of submission is arrived at and the basis for such decisions.
