Social Solidarity Economy as an Alternative Pathway to Sustainable Development


Join the UP Center for Women's and Gender Studies on its online training course titled "Social Solidarity Economy (SSE) as an Alternative Pathway to Sustainable Development" on January 14-February 25, 2023. 

This online learning course will run from January 14 to February 25 2023 through the Data, Knowledge, and Information Launcher (DaKILa) online learning platform of the UP Center for Women's and Gender Studies. The course will be offered for a modest fee of USD 100 for foreign participants, and Php 5000 for Filipino participants. Certificate of Completion will be provided to successful trainees.

Who may apply:

-trainers, organizers, and advocates belonging to organizations seeking to promote and practice SSE
-willing to attend seven (7) three-hour sessions online, with each session scheduled on Saturday morning
-willing to do readings, exercises, and other activities through the DaKILa Online Learning Platform or other alternative modalities of learning
-endorsed by their respective organizations that will require commitment from the trainee to echo or rollout the course to the organization’s chapters and communities
