Mr. Sit Fung, the Chief of UNESCO-ICHEI and Mr. Lintuo Wu, the Senior Program Officer for UNESCO-ICHEI's Global Partnership and Program Office will introduce the Open Educational Resources (OER) platform of the International Institute of Online Education (IIOE). IIOE aims to improve teachers' ability to use technology in education through supporting higher education institutions.
