Call for Nominations: DAP-PMDP Local Government Executives and Managers Class


The Local Government Executives and Managers Class (LGEMC) is a comprehensive three-and-a-half-month (3 ½) training program implemented under the Public Management Development Program (PMDP) that aims to strengthen the capabilities of local government leaders so that they may excel in their roles and performance of mandated functions, be more adaptive and agile in a changing and disruptive environment, and promote good practices and innovations for sustained and more effective delivery of public services at the local government level.

This 2023, the LGEMC is set to open new batches, once again calling forth local government managers across the country to step up and take the challenge of becoming better public servants and leaders.

Target Participants:

  • Local Chief Executives
  • Department Heads*
  • 50 Years Old and Below
  • At Least a Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • In Good Health

*For Department Heads - holds a permanent position for at least two (2) years
