On March 20, 2025, the Center for Strategic Planning and Policy Studies (CSPPS) of CPAf-UPLB will host a hybrid policy seminar on harnessing social capital in advocating for development in the Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources (AANR) sector. Dr. Albert Perez Aquino, International Consultant and former Director of the Socio-Economics Research Division (SERD, DOST PCAARRD), will present how social networks influence policy change and how these changes can lead to impactful research and development.
