The authors provide a rational view of the issue of online learning in the time of coronavirus and cite necessary conditions that must be considered to make remote learning optimal, inclusive and engaging for students and faculty. ?Featuring a model of human capital accumulation with network externalities, the policy brief maintains that " the time of coronavirus, learning need not be quarantined, too."
