As one of the initial activities of the Asia-Pacific Rural and Agricultural Credit Association (APRACA) FinPower Program, this regional study on creating rural finance policy environment and regulatory framework in selected Asian countries and three detailed component national studies on rural finance policies in Cambodia, Lao PDR and the Philippines provide an insight into the state of the art of rural finance in the region.
