Urban areas like Metro Manila have high concentrations of different human activities and sectors, which contribute to anthropogenic GHG emissions, among which involve energy consumption, urban transportation and waste management. Local communities also hve the potential to implement effective countermeasures and mitigation options within its more manageable perimeter. But , before any proactive measure can be designed, sectors must first be identified and accounted.
