The present volume includes seven cases, and these may be considered into two sets. The first pertains to organizations and/or programs; the second, to projects. The uses to which the cases can be put are also likely to vary betwen the two case types. Te project cases can be most helpful in developing the skills of project staff members in doing gender analysis of development interventions, in general, and of various aspects of their work in particular.
