This article is based on a research on services and facilities available in the country for victims of sexual violence and the access and process of the delivery of such services and facilities. It analyzes the situation at the macro- and micro levels by utilizing data from the national and provincial governments for the macro analysis and the facilities of three sample sites (Manila, Sorsogon, and Oriental Mindoro) for the micro-perspective.
