This paper documents the proceedings of the Sipat Edukasyon: UP ERP Research Dissemination Forum, an initiative dedicated to sharing critical research findings on the state of the Philippine education system. The forum brings together scholars, basic education teachers, and policy stakeholders to discuss data-driven insights into student performance, curriculum efficacy, and the challenges of the learning poverty crisis.
