This paper documents the proceedings of a two-day event focused on the intersection of urban humanities and coastal city resilience, particularly in the context of the Philippine archipelago. By bringing together scholars, urban planners, and local stakeholders, the study explores how humanistic perspectives—such as history, culture, and local lived experiences—can inform more resilient and inclusive urban design.
