This toolkit supports capacity-building activities on developing regulations, policies, and products in the context of inclusive insurance and climate and disaster risk insurance. It consists of four modules: Financial Inclusion and Inclusive Insurance, Climate and Disaster Risk Insurance (CDRI), The Roles of Stakeholders in Inclusive Insurance and CDRI, and Good Practices. The toolkit was developed with the experiences of selected countries in Asia related to financial inclusion.
