In this issue, the Regional Development Council (RDC) VIII held a special meeting with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on 14 March 2025 at the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Regional Office VIII, Government Center, Palo, Leyte.
The meeting served as a platform for local leaders to present regional issues requiring national government intervention. President Marcos assured the council of his administration’s commitment to improving infrastructure, telecommunications, and healthcare access in the region.
