The CAR Regional Development Investment Program (RDIP) 2023-2028 serves as the companion document of the CAR Regional Development Plan (RDP). It is the regional counterpart of the Public Investment Program (PIP). Programs and projects (PAPs) enrolled in the RDIP shall pursue the strategies set out in the CAR RDP 2023-2028 to achieve the expected outputs contained towards the achievement of our regional development goals and outcomes. These goals and outcomes are all geared towards achieving the 8-point socioeconomic agenda of the current administration and our long-term vision of a Matatag, Maginhawa and Panatag na Buhay for all otherwise known as the AmBisyon Natin 2040.
