The CALABARZON Rehabilitation and Recovery Program (RRP) for the Affected Areas of Tropical Cyclones Quinta, Rolly, and Ulysses was prepared to provide strategic interventions for the rehabilitation and recovery of affected communities. The RRP identifies key programs, projects, and activities needed to restore damaged properties and rebuild the lives of affected people while improving their livelihood and increasing the level of resilience of the communities.
