This paper documents the proceedings of the "Roundtable Discussion (RTD) on Self-Reliant Defense Posture (SRDP) Revitalization," which evaluates the strategic necessity of developing a domestic defense industry in the Philippines. The study examines the historical evolution of the SRDP program and the current legislative efforts to modernize it through the Self-Reliant Defense Posture Revitalization Act.
