This guidebook proposes a consolidated and harmonised approach in order to understand, assess and build greater resilience among MSMEs across the seven Asian focus countries: Cambodia, India, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Draws heavily on the different approaches, frameworks and MSME-targeted interventions already developed by GIZ across the seven focus countries.
