Dr. Mitzie Irene P. Conchada

Dr. Mitzie Irene P. Conchada is the associate dean of the De La Salle University (DLSU)-School of Economics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and majored in History and Economics, and a Master of Science in Economics from DLSU. She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy in Economics at the Ateneo de Manila University.
She served as an economic analyst and consultant to the Asian Development Bank, Philippine Institute for Development Studies, Commission on Higher Education, and other think tank institutions. Her research interests include the economics of poverty, impact evaluation, experimental economics, education, economic integration, and economic development.
Her areas of interest include impact evaluation, poverty, and human capital (health and education).
